Certification provided on the BPSFS website has the highest level of security. To view certificates, simply  follow the instructions below:

For Internet Explorer:

1. Open Internet Explorer web browser
2. Click on the “Tools” option on the menu bar
3. Click “Internet options” at the bottom of the drop-down menu
4. In the “Internet Options” window, click on the “Content” tab
5. Click on the “Certificates” button, then click the “Trusted Publishers” tab
6. Locate the certificate issued to MFS and issued by BPSFS and issued by VeriSign Class 3 Secure Server

For Mozilla Firefox:

1. Open Mozilla Firefox web browser
2. Type in the URL "https://www.BassProfinancial.com"
3. Click on the lock to the left of the URL
4. Click the arrow to the right of "www.BassProfinancial.com"
5. It should indicate that the certificate is verified by Symantec Corporation

For Google Chrome:

1. Open Google Chrome web browser
2. Type in the URL "https://www.BassProfinancial.com"
3. Click on the three-dot menu in the upper right of the browser
4. Scroll down to “More tools,” then click “Developer tools”
5. Click the “Security” tab
6. Click the “View Certificate “ button
7. The popup should indicate that the certificate is issued by Symantec Class 3 Secure Server CA – G4
