If you go to log in to the BPSFS website and you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one by simply clicking on "Trouble Logging In" on the Login page. From there, you will be asked to enter your account number and/or SSN, or provide some specific account information. If the information you enter matches what we have on record, you should be able to reset your password. Once your password has been reset, you'll get an email letting you know that your password has been successfully changed.
