What can I do to protect my BPSFS account?

  1. Change your username and passwords regularly
  2. Log out after using the BPSFS website or app  
  3. Clear your web browser’s cache to ensure no one else can view your information
  4. Do not respond to BPSFS-branded emails you think may be fraudulent (NOTE: BPSFS will never send you an email asking for personal information) 
  5. Never share personal information such as your SSN, account number, or password with an unauthorized or suspicious entity.
  6. If you suspect a breach of security regarding your BPSFS account, contact our Customer Service Center
