Why are there other documents listed along with the Privacy Policy that I can choose to receive only electronically? Can I choose to receive some documents electronically and others by paper?
On an annual basis, BPSFS provides you with your Privacy Policy, a Legal & Servicing Notice, and our Pay by Phone Error Resolution Notice. For each document type listed, you can choose how they are received. You may choose to receive all of them electronically, by mail, or a combination of both.
